Are you listening... or doing all the talking?
People have been using word of mouth in one form or another for as long as two people have been communicating their likes and dislikes to one another. It would be hard to find a time when one person wasn't influencing another in conversation.
The talking part is easy. But what about listening, responding and engaging? How much attention do you, or the brand you work for, give to those dimensions?
